Return Policy

Here at Highland Genetics, we are always trying to provide the best quality items we can.  This is why we do not accept returns of any semen or embryo.  We cannot guarantee these items were treated correctly, and we would not be able to re-sell the product.  If you are not satisfied with any product, please reach out to us through our contacts, and we will do our best to rectify the issue.  

Our Guarantee

Highland Genetics Guarantee Effective 8/2/22

Here at Highland Genetics, we want to stand behind our products. You can have confidence that we have done our due diligence to provide you the best products we can. Therefore, we have a guarantee on our frozen products.
Semen:
If you purchase and use at least 5 straws of semen from us and do not produce one pregnancy we will provide a credit toward 2 semen straws of the same or similar bull. You must provide proof that a certified technician preformed the breeding, and it was stored properly prior to breeding.
Embryos:
If you have a certified embryo veterinarian implant the embryos and use as least 3 embryos and do not produce a pregnancy, we will provide credit towards one free embryo to the same or similar mating.
