Josie is a farm favorite coming from the famous Schon Boden Farm. One our herd matriarchs, we (and others) have loved every last one of her calves. There's a strong demand for Josie's progeny.  We've crossed her on several bulls over the years and she consistently produces calves that are calm, structurally correct, and have great feet and leg structure. One of our favorites has been WL Jaguar, a well-made dun bull.  At 16 years old (as of 2025), Josie sports her larger frame beautifully while STILL having an amazing udder. With the frame, feet, legs, and udder built to last it's no surprise Josie is in the AHCA herdbook as an Impact dam. Josie passes her cool, calm and collected attitude onto her calves.  She is easy to halter and you can walk right up to her in the pasture and pet her. Josie is a prime definition of what longevity should look like in a highly productive cow.
